So my most recent email to KG looked like this
To whom it may concern,
RE: File# Bxxxxxxx
I am emailing you for the 6th time as I have yet to receive a response that answers any of my questions. I do appreciate that fact that you have responded to 2 of the 5 emails I have sent, even though it took you 6 month to respond to the first one. But both times you have responded it has been with a generic email that completely ignores the questions I have asked.
I find it insulting that in each email you have requested I keep my correspondence to a minimum. I have a right as my husband’s wife, as the person sponsoring and as the legal representative on my husbands file to inquire about his file and the status of it. You have an obligation to provide that information to me, and until I am satisfied with the information you provide I will continue to email, call and show up at immigration.
I have phoned several times and never get any answers, I have gone to Kingston immigration myself on two separate occasions and was not able to get anymore then 30 seconds of their time and absolutely no information, and as I have stated I have sent several emails and get nothing more then a “cut and paste” response.
My most recent response from you says I “will be advised of the status in due course”. Well my husband and I have not received any information or requests regarding the status of his file since September 2009. How long exactly is “due course”?
I can appreciate the fact that you have many files to complete in Kingston and I respect that it must be a lot of work and very time consuming to ensure that only the best candidates get through this rigorous process. What I am asking is that you appreciate that each one of those files is not just a name and number, each one of those files is someone’s husband, wife, child or family member. I am asking that you take into consideration that each day that passes is a day I cannot get back with my husband, and therefore is a day wasted because my husband is my whole world.
My questions are:
Can we re-new his medical before you request it?
If we can, then is there a different form we use or is it the Appendix C form?
Can we re-new his police clearance and if so is it also just the same form as the original?
Are there any other requests you have for our file specifically that will need to be completed before a decision can be made?
Here is my husband’s information
