your option c will show your previous years tax return information so whenever you order it then the year before it what it will show. If you order now then it will show 2011's tax return, if you wait until you file, then it will show your 2012 tax return in which you should file as married. please someone correct me if I am wrong on this one, cause I am not too sure lol

You should inform CRA of the change in your marital status as soon as possible. You can change it online at www.cra.gc.ca/my account or complete form RC65 E. In Part 3 of the form where it asks for your your spouse's SIN put 'non resident of Canada'. And in the section where it asks for your spouse's address just put you are applying for their PR.
