Good morning everyone. Can anyone tell me how long (approx) it takes JA to respond that they have received package from Canada?
Do you know if they send out a letter to spouse in JA to advise that they have their file. Or do they send email or letter to sponsor?
If this really takes 17 months from beginning to end..that is a really long time especially when you u need u someting if you know what i mean.

Unfortunately Kingston Rarely ever gives AOR'S (hence the frustration most of us suffered) the only suggestion i can give you is email them yourself and ask , let them know you are worried that they may have not received your file, hopefully a someone with some sympathy will receive your email and respond to let you know that they have it

Good morning all!

I did just that and I received an email the following day after I emailed them to say the application is in process and once a decision is made the applicant will be contacted. I was very surprised when they responded, especially with them responding the following day.
