Good Evening to all..........I been reading alot of comment about badmind and grudgefullness.........We are all God ppl here. all of us come from all walks of life so none of us dont know each other except what we all post on this forum website.... I dont know anyone here in person but the way some ppl are acting....i sure dont want to know you..... God brought me to this website to meet everyone here because we are all going through the same thing here and in called "Canadain family class sponsorship"...... we are all waiting on some good news from the kingston office anyday now.....i dont know about you all but i want to get to canada to be with my wife and family....so with that we are here to comfort each other on this web forum and help each other out... i know that they have ppl waiting longer than me but i been waiting 9 months now going on 10 months and everyday i pray to God to help me out...I pray to God for all of us because i consider everyone here as my friend and family...We all might never meet in person through out my life time but i still think about you all.......Everytime i come here and read, im hoping to hear some good news from someone to bring my spirit even my higher than what it is now..... to conclude this......let all live together as we should and help out our brothers and sister from a far.....

Wondering if someone out there could help me. I am a Canadian citizen got married to my Jamaican husband in Canada. My husband came on a work visa to work on the farm, 2 months in he left the farm never returned home. He has been in Canada illegally for a bit and immigration has been looking for him but no luck. We hired an immigration lawyer and he advise him to go home and then he will submit a overseas sponsorship. How long will the sponsorship take once the lawyer submits all documents? My husband has done his medical and police clearance when he got down there. We paid 30.00 so that the documents go straight to Mississauga then Jamaica. I'm just worried if he has an overstay if this will cause a delay. If anyone could help that would much appreciated.

Congratulations on your nuptials. Now the only thing left is for your application to be submitted and be reunited with your husband. I don't have much info in regards to your situation HOWEVER what I do know is that the sponsorship process would be similar to everyone else who applies outland. 1st stage approval is with CIC-M; they determine your eligibility as a sponsor and the posted time is on the website and which last I heard was fairly quick, something like 42 days. Once approved, the file would then be transferred to the missions office in Kingston for further processing. That could take up to 16 months however based on posted averages could be as early as 6 months.

Any updates for anyone? Here is mine.. I ordered my CAIPS notes yesterday so I will kinda know where my file is in 30 days hopefully. Nothing new on my ECAS though......

41 days to Christmas........47 days to the end of 2012....yeehaw for that....I just want a new year to begin and pray that it is a great year for alot of people!

omg is soo true enough is enough ,
i used to be excited to come on here but i sure dont post as much with all this negativity i feel uncomfortable to even state anything in here for the fear of being put down for what i have to say!!! i think i have waited the longest for my hubby then anyone else on here and i do know the stress and the feelings you get from the process but it sure isnt a place to put people under a bus and have never done it to anyone for what they have to say or are going through , i agree with expressing your self but makin someone feel they are not worthy is low no matter whos doing the name calling or finger pointing its not fair for all that want questions answered and need a light to fallow so please can this stop and if you dont have nice things to say dont say them at all (didnt your mother teach you that) well i feel ashamed to even be apart of this forum i usually wouldnt get in to this type of bull*censored word* but it bothers me that another human can treat the next with such little respect , we want out family and friends and kids to give u respect but u cant even give your neighbour the same is sad. one love

Hey everyone, stopping by for quick howdy and hope everyone is doing well. Been mad busy between work, school and my hubby's health issues, but things are a bit calmer now, so I came up for air.
