very hot here in kingston and even worst in portmore, dont know whats happening why its so hot

When is it not hot in Kingston? LOL. I think that was the one thing about that city that made me refuse to "warm" up to it. 10 months out of the year it is hot, January and February it cools down and you might be able to sleep in peace, and then by March it is hot again. When I would go down to Westmoreland and have to sleep under a light blanket in September-December and then go back to Kingston and I couldn't even tolerate a thin cotton sheet, I would be so homesick for Westmoreland it wasn't funny. The worst part would be the water restrictions. I hope it is at least raining there, I haven't checked the weather in a week or so.

man, u have to take a bath two three times a day to feel a bit cooler.

Based on the latest figures (up to Mar 2012), KG processed 26 provincial nominee applications over the 12-month period up to Mar. Only 1 application was refused, for a 96% approval rate. I would say your application seems to be in the final stages based on your timeline and the fact that you have had your medical request.

Very lazy Saturday indeed. I have been alternating between reading and playing in the yard with the dogs to keep them out of my husband's hair, LOL.

As for KG's spousal stats (spouses and partners only), they are as follows (information is for Apr 2011 - Mar 2012):
Total applications finalized - 744
Total approved - 657, or 88%
20% completed in 6 months, 30% in 7 months, 50% in 10 months, 70% in 14 months and 80% in 16 months.

Hey everyone, got my PPR today July 21 in the mail, so will drop off passport on monday.

Daintygirl, that is fantastic! Told you you were almost done!!

Double-check when they said you could drop off the passport, I know FC applicants are usually told Tuesdays and Thursdays between 1 and 3 p.m. but maybe for PNP it is different.

Anyways, congrats and let's post an update for you, you are in the GREEN ZONE!!!
