This seems strangely familiar since I first posted on PAGE 1....

Just wanted to say a quick hello to anyone who remembers an old timer like me 8)

I'm so pleased to see the forum going on strong. Charlie yuh deh bout and Canuck... can't believe you're still holding it down with the jokes my friend!!! I hope that you and your spouses are doing well.

Congrats to all of those who have gotten through since I last checked in. It's nice to see so much green on the list!!! It is truly a wonderful thing to be reunited with your spouse after this long and arduous process.
For those who are still waiting... Try to remain patient, your time will soon come. The busy TRV season has passed now in Kingston and they will surely focus all their attention back to the PRVs.

quick question, on the generic application form they ask if my husband has a "National Identity Document" we would like to know (me n hubby) what that is...he has pp, n drivers licence...

i dont believe we have a national identity card

i put my hubby TRN if it wrong a so no biggie

based on that info and how it look me use hubby TRN/Driver license as his license has his TRN number on it and based on what I understand it to mean a that me do

However my friend who did her app n got thru real quick didnt include her TRN she left it blank she only put her PP number

28. Do you live with your sponsor? If I say no he doesnt, it ask for my return date to Canada...do i put the last time i flew back or wha???? I am confused...I already answered the previous question by saying we have never officially lived together, but we co-habitate always when i am in Jamaica..

yes I have live in Jamaica, but never with my husband them times..I was a kid!!!! lol...but I stay in his house with him when I am there, the question is confusing..its like they ask the same thing twice! Cuz I dun put no we havent officially lived together, but then they ask again the question.......anyone have an idea of what I am referring to??

Mrslwn answer no you staying there is not considered living there now had you taken your kids and move there enroll them in school etc then yes but people visit their spouses all the time you cannot count visit living means over 6 mths
