Happy Sunday evening all, We have been blessed with an amazing winter, so Thank you Lord...I'm not sure if this has any impact on our application or just another CIC Glitch, but hubby's address has disappeared from CIC...I would love to think his file is moving along? Anyone had this happen?

Hi Guys,

Well I am still filling out all the forms to get ready to take down with me in March so the "soon to be mister" can sign them.....but I want to make sure that I have the correct forms. Also I am guessing i am applying as outland..this part confuses me.

So if I live in Canada and he lives in Jamaica - am I applying as outland?

We will also be getting his medical/criminal checks down in July so as soon as the wedding happens and I get back here the papers can be filed. Can someone verify with me what forms I need for sure. I don't want to forget any of them.

I was a mess right before I got married lol stressed out about a whole lot of things that really didn't matter but I was overjoyed when the actual day came...Happy for you and wishing you all the best on your special day

Re: forms - If you live in Canada and he lives in Jamaica, yes you will be applying outland. For the medical you want to make sure that your husband takes the Appendix C form with him to the doctor when he goes. For the medical and police check he needs to also bring photos. The photo specifications are in Appendix B I believe...When I was first starting out, someone advised me to read over the instruction guide a couple of times for the general application and country specific documents and it really helped me make sure I had everything! Hi everyone. @ Sammy, take the whole app down, make sure that he does his medical, but remember it cannot b done more than 3 months b4 the app reaches the cpc office over here, so b prepared for that. He will need 8 visa specific photos for the app, plus I think it 6 photos for medical, but someone in here will advise yu better. The police clearance is done fairly quickly, he will need to bring passport etc to the place. There is a lot to remember, those r just some of the points come to my mind.

Thanks everyone for the answers. I have all the forms that i need now!!!

We will be getting pictures done when I am down there in March. The medical and police will be done in July before the wedding. I am going to get copies of his passport in case I need it for anything.

@lovehasnoboundaries - no colours picked out yet, but I am a fan of pink and purple It will be a small wedding with a few family memeber and friends. Me....well I will be in simple while flowy dress with barefeet!! Sunset beach wedding is what we are having.
