Frequent - sounds nice girl... hubby is still looking for a job - he is studying like crazy for his GED which he is going to write mid Feb. He is really concerned about it. He needs to have proof of high school to get into any apprentice job.

Hi ladies... sorry i haven't been on much ... trying to get back into the swing of things after being gone for so long... and now that the little one is standing up hold in on and trying to walk i am so busy ... not one moment to breath...
anyways... hubby redid his medicals in Oct... didn't make much of a deal still waiting.. but its done. Mp confirmed that information was received and is updated and good. BF was the first week in Jan.. not sure if anything was done...
MP was told that Kingston said that normal processing time was between 7 to 14 months from the time the receive your file our 14 months will end next month...
Kc you can u update me to Medicals done... thanks
I plan on calling the MP on Monday if we don't hear something.. for an update....
Sassy do you know your BF date??? was that given to you by the MP

yes he did... and the police clearance... he was told by someone in Ja that it really didn't matter if you did it without the forms... that in fact if you know your medicals are expired you can go to Kingston and get the forms, and redo them.. so he did that so just wait on the call at this point hoping it comes soon...

ya... found out this when i went down... didn't really make much of a difference still waiting.
Hoping you hear something soon as well girl!!! us 2008 girls have been waiting way to long... i mean honestly its been almost 14 months since they had some of our files... I guess everything for a reason Praying for all of us!!!
he did the police clearance a week later after the med... oh ya i also heard the Police clearances are good for 1 year not 6 months ... who did you send the email to Kingston?

The police checks are good for 1 year? Really hmm weird......If that was the case then why they make my step daughter redo hers then because she just did one in April of last year...

I sent my email to Kingston yes ...i just reminded them how long i have been waiting and how they have everything they asked for and what the friggin hold up is!!!

So nuts you are right we have been waiting to damn long man for sure

As far as i am concerneed there is no way to tell why they have taken so long ....i guess we are all what you call statistics the 14 month statisic that they wanna hold strong ...lol government job creation at it best ...lol all at the cost of our money and tax dollars

not sure why they did... but ya that's what i hear... girl not sure what to believe just going with it...
honestly i wasn't even sure if my husband was right in making doing the redo.. wasn't until i went Kingston and they told us they didn't need anything from us.. and the file was up for review in Jan was i like ok.. maybe it was ok...
then i spoke to the MP and he said it was there updated and fine...

nope no reason... just that they have up to 14months... so i just have to wait...
