I tried to edit and add the avg times per year but couldn't so if you want you can add it

AVG 2008 was 17.1 months
Avg 2009 was 11.5, 4 are still oustanding so do not know status
AVG 2010 was 7.5 up to June.
Goos news is they're are trending the right way

Charlie... nice job on the excel spreadsheet.. I cannot believe the average time line has gone down by 50%....... WOW! I feel lucky to have been only 7-8 months for a 2009er!

Oh, and I have been meaning to answer your question lonley_wife.... about the forum fam link up... i am down.. just let me know the details when they happen... I think we were in talks of doing a beach day this summer at woodbine beach.... I usually do one with family and friends mid june with music and bbq and football games and things like that so I will keep you all posted.
