Yes, that's exactly the point of this exercise, to relax the mind by working the body.

Ah ha, gotcha. Only time I see Harbour View is going to the airport or returning, and when I used to take ACCA classes, I went out to the Caribbean Maritime Institute for workshops at the end of classes, just before exams.

charlie good job on the walk girl... Mr. told me that you were gone for power walk lol so at one point I asked where the hell were you gone to... I thought you were making you're way to Canada on foot hahahahahahahaha Congrats on the long walk...

jahlove btw i love emancipation park even though for some odd reason I can never pronouce it correctly hahahahaha i miss kingston so much i need to go on vacation ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Hahaha, lonely_wife, I love to walk, trust me if there was a road from here to there, I would walk it! It is how I learn the places I live, by walking around. These days I don't really walk much, Kingston just not safe enough for me. But my friend and I need the exercise and the fresh air, so when she leaves work she picks me up and we go to Emancipation Park, that is the plan.

lonely_wife you are so funny but with all that walking she is doing you never know where she might end up. I ensure that i do at least 10 laps when i walk, i walk from work to the park and when my feet start to hurt and i think i wont make another laps thinking that's it over, i have to walk back to the office to get my car, so i end up doing more than the 10 laps when i go which is almost everyday. lol

LOL jahlove. Look out for the two Indian girls, one a little shorter and rounder than the other, the taller one (me) will be wearing a blue iPod with only the left earbud plugged in (weird habit of mine), and that's us. I am usually dressed in black top and black shorts cut to my knees for walkout. We will be there on Thursday. We do 10 laps too, for the 5K total.

biathlon from what i understood on wikipedia cause i wanted to make sure it was an english word lol is actually more used for winter games but biathle is actually use for swimming and walking/running man I am learning new things today

Mrs Proper, welcome.. I dont think I have officially said that to you.... I think that it is good news as stated from other posters regarding re do of medical... just a thought and total speculation on my behalf... but maybe there is some conflict with the original doctor your hubby had visited and they are starting to ask those who saw that doctor to re do medicals with another one. Who knows... In a situation like that, Kingston has no obligatio to give a reason why, but hey.... cup half full... medicals are one of the last things to look at in a file so sounds like the end is near!
