Well with all the bad news from this morning... I got some good news people they called hubby this afternoon while I was shopping for hubbys anniversary gift... he calls me started talking to me like everything is normal... then he said oh someone from unknown number called hunny... he said but I miss the call... I started to give him crap and said well babe I told you to be glued to the phone... he replied I know I'm just bugging you... So the lady called and said they finalized his papers but can't find the medical examination form... She asked him for the number of the form... THANKFULLY I'm curious and want to see everything cause he had scanned it for it and was able to retreive the number for the lady from his email... She then asked him if he had any children... He said NO... (I am assuming she would of wanted there medical number as well) She then told him Ok we will call you back shortly for PP drop off we need to make sure about the medical. They havent called back so I am assuming they will do so next week at some point... I am keeping my fingers crossed agian... wow I am feeling so happy... they put a little gasoline on my fire hahahahahaha

OMG I just checked ECAS and it used to say medical results received and now that is not there anymore all it says is We received ******************** application for permanent residence on July 13, 2010. ??? ??? ???

What is that suppose to mean???

I thought they put gas on my fire but now I am not so sure.. is it 1 step forward and 2 steps back with them of what????

yay!! lonely, that's great news. he's gonna get a call soon and he's good to go.

I am glad we were all able to find good husbands/wifes. It's hard to find a life partner . In end it will be worth it.

Yea for sure it is hard to find life time partners... OMG I am freaking out... I hope they find the medical... OMG sometimes I feel like they are so imcompetent like who looses part of a file like seriously... I am not impressed right now... They better find that asap...

I am starting to wonder too.. when I went to the MP office and he called Ottawa to make the complaint... The person in Ottawa said that they are changing the computer system so I am thinking maybe that is why... Now it kidda makes a little sense... This is so weird...

Vanny, my husband has 2 small hoops in one ear, and a diamond stud in the other. He said she spent a lot of time questioning if he was really going to marry a Jamaican girl while looking at his earrings! I don't know where she got off being so judgmental, my very conservative family welcomed him with open arms, and the Anglican minister who married us said not a word about it!

well lonely whether or not they have a glitch i dont think u have anything to worry about since they say they will contact him soon to drop off his passport! thats all you need to hear cause lets face it, ecas can say anything...my ecas has not changed since 2009!! yet there has been some progress on my file so dont worry too much about ecas....

OMG THEY TOOK CHANGED THE UPDATE ON MINE AS WELL, THEY REMOVED THE MEDICAL RECEIVED AND JUST LEAVE WHEN THEY RECEIVE THE APPLICATION. I AM SO SAD AND CONFUSED RIGHT NOW.

LONELY THINGS WILL BE FINE HON, AT LEAST THEY CALLED YOUR HUBBY. HOPE HE HEARS FROM THEM REALLY SOON, MAYBE EVEN TOMORROW, FINGERS CROSSED.

I just checkedon ECAS too and my "medicals received" has also been removed. Wow my bubble has just burst. This roller coaster is really getting to me now. I just want this over ...it's so un fair to be kept away from your loved one for so long!!!!
