I know right! good idea, different lingerie for every night, he will not be here for very long, maybe 2 weeks we are hoping by that time we would have heard something... im praying for that because every time he leaves i get depressed..

Banana fritters alright but i am not a big fan of banana unless its in a smoothy...sheraig, sorry to say honey, but the stamp and go maaaawd! madder than the banana.

A BLESS DAY FORUM FAMILY!​

Hope that everyone is in good health and positive frame of mind in spite of! Congrats to all those who received some updates and best wishes to all who are still waiting patiently to hear something. Remember, each day you're able to breathe the breath of life, it's a cherish blessing and God is still working it out for you. My prayer is that many of you who are at the end will be united with your spouses and family before the year ends. Continue to be encouraged and a source of strength and inspiration to each other!

SoANXIOUS: Also the good thing with the health care is that no matter what date of the month your hubby arrives, it is counted as a full month, which means there would actually be only two months left before receiving the health card. I arrived in Canada on June 24th and was eligible for health care on September first. Well at least that's how it works in Quebec. All the best and God bless!

Enjoy, they are super delicious.... Easy to make and great for using up left over Salt Fish - especially since here in Canada Salt fish usually comes in a big old bag at the super market so there is plenty for 5 dishes...

Sheriag.... YUmmy banana fritters... how do you make them tho.. I assume you would make it similar to any fritter but you would add sugar to sweeten the batter? and chopped up banana or mashed banana anything else? maybe an egg to hold the batter and milk instead of water, or even coconut milk... yummy... oh that sounds so good already... you could add cocoa powder to make them chocolate banana fritters.. and then sprinkle with powdered sugar after they are fried? My mouth is watering...

Miracle - didnt know that myself.. we just went before the 3 month mark and assumed if we got the Health Card in the mail that it wouldnt be valid for 3 months.

Good to know tho, if that holds true for all provinces, since we do know that Quebec has its own rules...especially god for bid, someone has to go to the hospital before the exact 3 month mark. And also, It will help those who apply for additional health care coverage for the first 3 months.. Because the less days the person is covered the less it costs.

I paid through Blue Cross, 3 months of coverage for my husband and it cost just over 300.00 dollars for all those interested in the possibility of health and additional coverage for the first 3 months (or until they are eligable for health care coverage).

Well I was hoping to read a few updates... Hope everyone is doing well. Sorry for the upsets on here the past few days. Stay strong and positive. Glad to read the last few posts and great to see KC back.. LOVE the PLUR!!! and the recipe ;D Just like old times!! I pray everyday that we are together for xmas and this is what I have my hopes set on...MY xmas gift under the tree MR. ROSEMEL with only a pretty little red bow on!!! ... and I will let you all guess where the bow is OH how I hope!!!!!

I am extremely busy now with my sons sports and also added to my list is the College activities now ...I have added them as well so between hockey, football, basketball and Rugby...life is really good Unfortunately my guys from College lost both their games this weekend (hockey & football) ..BUT my son WON his game of Football 20-7 YAAAA!!!! ;D SO these days things are moving along very fast and I am so looking forward to October 26th...5 weeks...36 days ...from now to Update all of you with my news and I better be singing the song "I saw Mommy kissing Santa Claus" ;D

Well, would say it's great tp be back but wouldn't be fooling anyone with that line, Jammy my back and ribs felt great and held up throughout the persistent rain we had. Great way to catch up with the indoor sports. Not sure when your hubby is flying down but found a direct flight to Mobay on Thursdays out of Edmonton. Gonna go back down for xmas as well, won't be a month though. Hopefully you'll be flying back with hubby if you don't get news first.

Jack was returning to work Monday morning with two black eyes. His workmates were understandably curious: "Jack, what happened to you?!?" "It was the darndest thing! I was at church yesterday, and this fat lady stood up in front of me. You know how a dress can get stuck in the crack of the butt of a fat lady? It looked funny.
