Thank you so much THOL I sure will come back to share some experiences and to share in some soon end of immigration journeys.
My experience so far has been nothing short of wonderful. Standing in the airport and seeing my 6ft 2" tall hubby with coat, hot chocolate and a bunch of red roses in hand was too much for me :'( Then I stepped outside and OMG, I literally started screaming when that cold hit me Funny moment we will never forget.

OMG hahaha That is too cute HOAO! I hope mine gets here on a cold day. Just to see his reaction!

Thaaaaanks! My anxiety is so HIGH I can't handle it... cardiac arrest here I come. Ughhhh. And I will. might not be there first time out there. Got alot of people for him to meet but it should be able to happen. I don't see why not!

No visa for us yet either huzzy called Dhl and they said it's still at immigration office. Hopefully soon! Josephine I'm sending good vibes your way that it come tmrw!! Yaaay flights to get hubby's

Good Morning JAMFAM!! I just recalled that Chickie had posted a few months ago that DHL picks up from the embassy on certain days only. I suggest that One of you waiting for passports should check her posts to see which dates those are. She was always right too...LOL!!

I remember that way back Chickie72 also posted statistics about what the processing times on the website actually meant. For example the 24 months posted indicates that they process 80% of the applications in 22 months, but there was also a breakdown for 20% and 50%. Does anyone recall how or where that would be recorded?

my recommendation is dhl but make sure you get it from a head office dhl and not an outlet because your tracker won't work until the package has left Kingston but you will be able to track all the way if u buy from a head office. Also another thing I learned today is that during the slow season which is now ??? Dhl only picks up from Kingston on Wednesday and Thursday twice a day and once on Friday. During busy season they pick up everyday! Good to know since I have been staring at the dhl tracker for two days now lmao! Tomorrow is the day! Speak it out now!

Found Chickie message about DHL pick up. Wednesday and Thursday pick ups during slow season but not sure if it still is slow season now?
