Well Miracle...I have family in Montreal and visit the city often My sister loves living there...Me I am more for smaller communities and my daughter loves the big cities..lol. When will you be landing in Montreal?

KG has requested hubby brings his PP to the interview with more proof of our relationship..so here is hoping !!! We have so many pictures as most on here know I am a picture fanatic...lol...so we should have no problem with that and phone bills...MAN I have them...that isn't a problem either...ha ha ha. Anyways.....so it goes... I just want it over!! as most everyone here knows this feeling only too well too right guys???... 8)

LCW: she said her husband got thru in 3 mnths...after a while nobody paid her any mind and she left.....we truly had no time fi di drama!!

I hope after the summer they can really clear the backlog both for the skilled and family class....bowy we really waiting a long time over there...there are people who applied from 06, still waiting for their files to be finalised.
Gosh, its just a mess....

Thats what the general public doesnt know KG has a newer system and all the old applicants are subject to sit in line and wait while newer 2010 applicants a breeze through ...Thats what sucks ..I cannot imagine how you guys on the skilled workers side manage nuh mon while dem breeze people weh filled afta uno ...alll deh whiile trying fi keep money inna check and just hold yuh seat a wait pan dem !!

Hi everyone. Hope you all are enjoying this beautiful day we are having. Mel I know it seems like a long way away but ohh how time flys. Before ya know it he will have that interview and be home.
LCW and Sheraig who are you talking about? I missed something on here in my old age..lol hmmm probably not even worth remembering anyway.
No updates here but all in good time. Some days I am so annoyed and mad but then others I am ok guess it comes with the waiting. Hubby he goes on every day I just tell him I am not even going to think oh this month or that month. I am done with that, we just wait till them decide.
Well I am off to enjoy this day take care everyone.

You are so right LCW. Its good that they improved the system but they should not have left those in the backlog waiting for so long.

Missing: I am hanging in there. You know me I always try to see the positive. But some days that is hard to do. My meds expire next month and I lost hope of getting done to be there by summer. All we can do is wait.

Glo: it was a girl that came on the skilled side trying to get some info...she was sponsoring her bf/husband....i directed her to this forum and then she cuss wi out and she wi neva help her...blah blah blah...luckily she didn't take up the invitation to come over...You guys have had your fair share of drama.....
All in the past still.....nah harbour no ill feelings still...would still try to help her out..not much people knows how to deal with the pressure of waiting..some just act straight out crazy!!

LCW: Yes, it really hard...you have to have a particular sum of money to show that you can support yourself until you are able to land a job. The amount is dependent upon the size of the family. Girl, you cant touch the money b/c u just never know when they'll call....and when you email..trying to get an update on the status..well you guys know how that part of it is...We cant ccheck ecas as it is not updated for the backloggers.....

I'm hoping and praying that they can buss us after the summer..while I'm happy for the people who are getting thru...I feel it for the people in queue for so long.

Life yah man..... nuh mek sense to pine over things we cant change.

God will provide our visas and our spouses visa in due time.

Jammy i honestly think is depends where you are in the proceess what checks have been made on ur file when the meds actually expire...Mine (OURS) expired at 2 diffrent dates One expired in JUNE (my husbands) and my dependants expired in september of the same year ...We did not get the clearnace to redo unto novemeber ... So in total 5 months later after the first one expired we got it ..So it honestly varies Jammy its best to find out when ur meds expire and if they even do what stage u are at ..then you can kinda guestimate

Yah its a backlogg alright and ME and other like maple stress hatewaiting peni missing mizz Pwife all a dem waited long long long ...

As far as meds, ours expired Jan 8 and our request letter was dated Feb 15, recieved Feb 25....i know you never can tell with KG, but i always liked the info, kept my mind busy lol ;D
