My suggestion would be to wait until you hear from Kingston; they have been extending medicals for a lot of people.

Well, now you've done it ldl!!! You've booked a trip to JA so now your hubby is going to get the PPR call!!!

I think it's great that you are going to see him!!! Don't let this process put your life on hold!!!!

haha is it bad if I am secretly hoping that will work?!!I am glad to be going to see him, just not excited for the flight. Plus it is a quick trip, my quickest ever. eek. Anways i'm excited!

I sent my application to Mississauga on October 25th and it was received in Mississauga on October 28th (courier accepted). I then got an email from Mississauga on November 8th that they were reviewing my application. My approval came on November 12th saying that they will be sending it to Kingston for further processing. I then emailed Kingston to ask if they got my application on December 5th and again on December 16th. They finally replied on December 16th to tell me that "We confirm that we have received your application". Let the waiting game and frustration begin...

Oh also can tell you that he did his medicals on October 9, 2013 which were emedicals so sent electronically to Ottawa. His police certificate is dated October 2, 2013 and was sent with the application.

Chickie - yes please add me to the spreadsheet. I am optimistic that the top half will be dark purple in the next few months (all 2012 and early 2013 applications) and cannot wait to hear the landing stories!!

Definitely know how different life is here. We live near Black River (rural) so there's not much available here. I needed to get out of the house so i joined a local gym and i would trade my internet for a big plate of spaghetti at this point

I think the wait is because those sweet understanding VOs didn't want to send yours/chickie's/dg's husbands to canada in the freezing weather so they thought they would wait a few weeks after christmas in hopes that it would warm up ;D

lol i like your thinking better then the thoughts that run through my head as to why they haven't called yet!

Have a safe flight, stay safe and have fun. Hubby is going to love seeing that belly and feeling baby kick aww so exciting.

I'm doing good, thanks for asking O&O. Hope you are also well. I will have no choice but to wear my bikini since I don't think I have any summer clothes that will fit my belly haha. It might be the only thing that will fit me! I know hubby is going to be so happy to see me. I am normally so chill about going to Jamaica, I don't get worried at all but for some reason I feel like I need to have every second planned correctly. And I can't even imagine staying at hubby's house because it will be so HOTT. I don't think a fan is going to cut it. haha. I need AC!!

Well like always 2 weeks went by too fast. Just at the airport now. No news yet. We just celebrated out 2 year anniversary this week. I can't believe it's already been 2 yea like wow. It's been hard to leave I am already missing my man. Kinda worried about landing in TO and I am hoping I can make it to van tomorrow morning. My friend left Ja Tuesday and they told her Saturday she will make it to van. I don't want that to be me

Hello Carm I hope you get home safely with no delays at Pearson it has been so crazy. Happy belated 2nd anniversary hope hubby comes home soon. Otherwise how was your trip? It's always hard leaving. Glad your doing okay and yes darling I'm just glory lol thanks for asking. You don't have any loose stretchy maxi dresses? Or even tights but the bikini will do lol. I bet you have to plan every second but just take it easy keep cool that heat is beyond crazy. Might need some ice packs kept in the freezer lol.

I gave in and booked a trip to Jamaica for February. I was tyring to hold out, but I can not last any longer. So I will be flying to Jamaica, 28 weeks pregnant. My husband will be so excited when I tell him... I was thinking about keeping it a secret but I don't think I can take his whining for that long. haha he wants to see my pregnant belly TOO badly.

That's so awesome. I went when I was 29 weeks and my hubby couldn't stop rubbing my belly and feeling the baby kick. I'm very glad I did it so he could experience some of the pregnancy with me.
