Hello and congratulation to COG and the ladies with a bun in the oven. Wish I had one in mine but we don't always get what we wish for.
My husband send Kingston an email almost a week ago because I'm very close to his mom and she is a breast cancer survivor and just been diagnosed with Terminal Cancer in her bone and other body organ.
They replied to him just now:

Dear .......,
Please be advised that it will not be possible to grant expedited processing of your spouse's application. The application is currently in queue for initial review and will be reviewed with the first quarter of 2014. Following the initial review, the applicant will be advised directly of the decision or any next steps.

My MP told me that the 22 months that is posted on the website is for people that are currently about to put their applications, this is the timeline they are looking at. When Nev, Daddys girl and I all applied our timeline was 16 months.......we are all wayyyyyy past that time!!!!!

Hey, remember when the site used to say "based on complete application" and it WASN'T consecutive?! That was back when you all applied. It must have just changed recently, because it used to be all together.

sorry chickie72 my accountant side is showing right now. the second stage is 16mths in ur time right and ur file was transfer in oct 2012 so how have u passed the 16mth period already?

I didn't say mine passed anything, I said it has been 21 months since I have filed ? ? ? ?

Most of us on here go with how long we have been in this process by the date we filed.........we don't go by what Kingston says because they never go by what they say either!
