Hello and congratulation to COG and the ladies with a bun in the oven. Wish I had one in mine but we don't always get what we wish for.
My husband send Kingston an email almost a week ago because I'm very close to his mom and she is a breast cancer survivor and just been diagnosed with Terminal Cancer in her bone and other body organ.
They replied to him just now:

Dear .......,
Please be advised that it will not be possible to grant expedited processing of your spouse's application. The application is currently in queue for initial review and will be reviewed with the first quarter of 2014. Following the initial review, the applicant will be advised directly of the decision or any next steps.

Good afternoon. if you click on the link below my purple thing below it will take you to the spreadsheet and you can see everyones timelines, anyone in dark purple have had their passport returned, light purple is passport request and white are still waiting. I have added you to it and when you start your process Kadi or I will put the dates in for you.

Oh my that is sad. I only have a mom. I'm trying to work on our relationship, I want me and her to be close before I leave for Canada hopefully. Yes I agree it make me stronger indeed and fighting for what's important.

I am so sorry to read this, NTBWH. :'(

I don't know if it will help or hinder your case but has your husband tried speaking with his mp? I really don't know if there's much an mp can do when you are under the 22 months processing timeline; however, he may live in an area where he has a helpful mp.

I didn't do a medical. It is my husband that is applying to come to Canada who got his medical done to send in with his paperwork.

I returned back to Canada at the end of the first week in August. I found out that I was pregnant 3 weeks later. ;D

Well it was 21 months for hubby and I yesterday I think knowing you are at the end but not getting anywhere has been worse then waiting this whole entire time! Hubby and I are just like finish it already!

6 people waiting for PP returns.....14 people from 2012 waiting for PP request and 22 people from 2013. WOW on the pp returns we haven't seen this many on the spreadsheet in a really long time........my wish is to see all the 2012 people in purple so the the 2013 can go light purple! Come on Kingston last day to get some more good news out.

chickie ur file was transferred in Oct 2012 right so how is it 21 months its 13 months right?
