I hear you...they have to "free up" our spouses. They cannot keep them forever.

Good Morning Fam,

I must say I am truly blessed to be able to spend just over 3 months in Jamaica with my husband. Last night came down to a point where hubby had to book my flight home as of this Friday. I am not looking forward to being in the cold but that's how life goes I need to worry about my health first. Been emotional from yesterday till today it will sure be hard this time to leave. Praying we all hear some news very soon you all will be in my prayers. Happy hump day enjoy your day.

Good morning my Jam Fam!!

I have a question...has anyone dealt with TaraCan courier service??? And for those of you who picked up your passport at the CHC in Kingston...did you have to let them know you were coming? We have not heard anything from the courier and later found out we could have picked up the passport on tuesdays or thursdays...if thats the case...can we just go on the thursday and just pick it up our selves?
Any feedback would be great!!!

I am not sure as I have not made it this far sadly but I know that if you live in the area of Kingston then you can pick up your passport but if they request that you send a Postage Paid envelope then I am pretty sure you cannot pick it up from Kingston.

I was looking into completing next semester there but I missed the application deadline...drats. My faculty is on board and very supportive "should" I need to go that route.

I really do not want to leave my program...but when a husband calls for his wife...a wife should make the best effort to go to her husband.

That is 100% correct! It would be awesome if you could do that though.....I work for a cable company.....Rogers doesn't reach to JA so my job won't allow me to go that far for nothing hahahaha (please do not bombard me about your Rogers complaints....i can't help ya, I only play with money and numbers! LMAO) How is your schooling coming along anyways? Did you pass last semester with honors?

It can't hurt to try....the most they can say is NO but it is better to be proactive then just sit around waiting.
