DO you ever do online shopping? I was looking into jackets on drjay.com and sportscheck. I also got some clothes for hubby on forever21.com. They have sales all the time. I got him jeans for 8.99 and a fall jacket for 14.99. I do a lot of online shopping living up north its cost a lot more.

hey there, remember back in May I was asking for a friend of mine who had an interview and his ECAS went to decision made after the interview and they hadn't collected his passport at the interview. Well sadly he was denied and he received a letter in the mail about a week after it went to decision made.

Thank you to everyone who keeps this forum going, to everyone who writes and shares their opinions and stories. I appreciate being able to come here and read everything and get all the information that I can get, even though I don't share that often. I am always cheering everyone from the forum on and hoping for good news for everyone, especially the old 2012-ers. Reading the forum is one thing that makes me feel happy because I know others are going through the same thing as my hubby and i, and having the same hopeless feelings every now and then but you guys just don't give up. yes and yes to both questions, You can appeal up to one month after the app has been denied and yes lots of people get their decisions reversed after being denied! Why do you fear yours will be denied?

Hi Everyone.

THis waiting is unreal! it should be illegal to keep spouses apart for this long. I will be married two years in February. I hope my husband is here for our second anniversary. It is so expensive travelling to Jamaica every 10 weeks. I was wondering if anyone here knows how much we in Canada are allowed to carry over in our suitcases? I have rented an apartment and I have about 400.00 worth of housewares, including flat screen tv. Does anyone know if it is true you can bring 500.00 worth of items for personal use?
