If they were suppose to go back to my file in sept then why haven't they asked for the ARC?? that is 90 days since June

that is what I mean, when you think they should go back they don't.......like ours they should have gone back to it in May since they asked for the RPRF in March but we didn't hear from them again until August.......it is like WTF? Just when you think you have them figured out..........they throw curve balls lol

If I pass Nov 9 they wont ask for the ARC then right? I just hope they get the ball rolling all 2012 early applicants should have been way gone by now

ok so I ended up send with money gram today easy enough for me but hubby is having a problem picking it up. He has his ID and Passport and now they are telling him he needs a signature of justice of peace to prove that his address is the same as on his ID? has anyone had to do this?

lol they SHOULDN"T ask for it LOL Gosh i really thought we would start hearing things in October......last year nothing happened until November but I thought maybe with the strike being done they would be trying to catch things up but it don't look so......heres to things happening in November i guess all we can do is hope and pray.

Carm I wish I could help but I never used either as hubby uses his Canadian bank card sorry I hope someone could help you out. Did you try to call money gram in Canada and tell them whats going on?

That's garbage. All he needs is a drivers licence or passport. I've never heard of that. Tell him to try another location.

Yea that's what I told him. I thought it didn't sound right because both passport and his ID have the same address.

i never had this problem before using money gram........ try and get him to go to another money gram and see if they give him any problem at all.....i think that is stupid for them to do that.

Just wanted to give a small update. My husband and I re-did our medical and criminal checks in May without prompting from Immigration hopeing this would help things along but still we have heard nothing on the second of November it will be 19 months since we started this process so I decided to try and write my Mp last week not sure if it will help but they did say they would look into our case and contact me next week so imma keep my fingers crossed and will hopefully be able to come back here with a good update.
I am praying for all u wonderful people here that ur dreams will soon come true xo

Good morning. Glad to hear from you, long time no talk! Yo we are really trying our best to get out of the way but something doesn't want us to go yet lol Good to hear about being proactive on your meds and police check, at least when they call they will have nothing to stop you from hearing PPR.......keep us updated as to what your MP says everyone seems to get a different type of answer from them......I got ahold of mine in August and all she did was call CIC Mississauga and get an update from GCMS notes which I already knew anyways lol praying you hear something good from them, we really need some morale boosts up in here!

Updated for you! ;D I ordered my first set of notes in November 2012 and nothing, the first time I noticed movement on my notes was February 2013 set.

good afternoon my friend.....LOL i wish i had an answer for you about the ARC but as you know Kingston don't ever tell us anything so I have no idea.....the bring forward date was Oct 13th but we still haven't heard anything yet. I emailed them last week with a case specific email (thought i would try something different!) but no answer so far My thoughts are that they will ask for the passport next as that is the only thing left and then extend the meds but when that is going to happen is anyones guess! How are things for you? Keeping the faith i hope.....its a long process but there is a silver lining at the end.
