I dont think it really works like that because 2013 persons have gotten through before early 2012 ones, its just which officer gets your file, if they are proactive or not.

I know but my heart breaks for all the 2012 applicants who have been waiting for so long. My application was submitted 8 months ago and this process seems unbearable at times. I just can't imagine how some of the 2012 applicants must feel as they continue to wait! Just praying that someone hears from Kingston soon!!

I see that Kingston is keeping it calm before the storm! As we've been saying for a long time now, November is going to be our month!!!! All we are going to be doing is celebrating PPR's for the next few months!!!

Chickie- great morale booster to have everyone drop a tune! Come on Jam Fam and POS play us your song!!!

Today mark 1 solid month since i had my interview......I have not heard anything as yet but im still praying to the Lord and giving him/she thanks for everything that he/she has done for me. God is going to open alot of door and the devil cant shut them no matter how hard he try....Come on Kingston, we have be waiting patiently so give us something to cheer about today. Y have a few more hrs left in your work day so please hear our cries and get we all to our spouses.

Great news. My husband got a phone call about 2 hrs ago from Kingston about his medicals. They wanted him to bring a copy of his medical receipt down to the Kingston office or send a copy by email. They said that they needed this to finish processing his file. I asked my husband again if those were the words they said an he said yes. Remember last week they couldn't find the medicals so now I guess after the emails I sent they are working on his file. So I emailed them with a copy scanned within 5 mins of him getting off the phone with them.

He was so excited thinking this was the call he told me but when he found out it was just for the medical receipt he was a little sad. Then got excited again when they said they needed it to finish working on his file!!!!

So I guess maybe this means we are in process??? Ecas of course has no updates

that is some good news Sammy...hopefully this is the break that this thread is looking for in hearing some good news... if i was you to Sammy get your hubby to bring in the medical receipt to the as well so you know that they really get it. that is just my opinion.

Sammy, hope your news will jump start a lot of good news. We are close
in timelines and I too asked Kingston twice if the medical was with the file...dead air..
I feel that great news is gonna flood this forum soon. It seems to
be happening on other forums, so I think the 2012's will be flooding our

Curious what our knowledgeable members know about this one.
Reading somewhere else, if you checked off yes that your spouse has
attempted to get a TVP before applying spousal that it puts your file a month or two behind so
they can check out the reasons why.... Ok, they want your spouse to
get to know your customs and lifestyle... deny most of the TVP and then
punish you for trying????? Anybody with knowledge on this one?
