Ladies, you have no idea how much your support means to me, especially today.

I am sitting in my office in a pool of tears trying to figure out what to write in a sympathy card. A life long friend passed away on Saturday after a long battle with leukemia. This is when I became very angry at this process because life is too short for us to be separated from our spouse's for this long.....

Once again the tears start rolling down the face* Nev this must be such a hard time for you loosing such a close friend to cancer. My condolences to your friend's family may he/she rest in peace and now the pain is released. Life is too short indeed I wouldn't know what I would do honestly if I woke up one morning getting a call that my spouse passed away due to long waits with immigration. I am happy that my husband is healthy Jamaica doesn't have the health care or the technology and to top it off expensive. Was just watching the news the other day there is a lot of people in Jamaica with HIV/AIDS its growing rapidly.

Thank you so much waitingonforever your words mean so much to me. I am here to support others, listen, encourage and uplift peoples spirits. I simply try and do my best while I wait here. I must say I am blessed that I get to stay here for 6 months with my husband but it still sucks being in a 3rd world country where everything is over priced. Praying and hoping that we all hear news really darn soon before I scream.

I'm going to e-mail Kingston and tell them, if they dont start contacting people, I am going to record myself singing in the shower and send it to them!!...LOL If I do that I think EVERYONE will be landed before Christmas!!!! ;D

Thank you for the song in 4 years I lost 4 family members one to breast cancer but I must say all 4 lived good lives. Sorry for your loved ones that passed on my condolences.

Nev hon........I have said all along, this process is wicked so. Family reunification is their priority my arse.....if it was then this wait would not be so long. You are right to say that life is too short. Do they even realize all the things we are missing out on because we can't be with our spouses? We only have one life to live and we need to live it to the fullest because you never know what tomorrow will bring! Again I am so sorry to hear about your friend. You are in my thoughts and prayers at this time to give you more strength on top of what you already bear to help you at this difficult time. Love you lots my friend!

It is a beautiful song and I never meant to make anyone cry..When my family member passed this is the song she wanted played at her funeral...I cry every time I hear it as well...not because its a sad song but what it portrays..when I pass that's where I want to be..@}-

this is true..It releases endorphins in the system..I dont get my endorphins released too often...lol
