Good morning everyone, im just here passing thru. for everyone that is wondering where i have been just taking a break from the forum for a bit.. .................. As for me, i have not heard back anything as yet since my interview so look like they are still reviewing my application and evidence that me and wifey gave them. I just wanna say that every one is in my prayers and thoughts. Come on Kingston i know that you out there listening to all our cries so please get us all to our love ones so we can pick up were we left off with our spouse. Just want to send a few shout out to my sistrens: Neveaha you are one in a million. me sure have alot of respect for you and i love reading your post because they are true ....... Chickie you are the queen of this forum. you have been there with me from the first time i join this forum and thank you for all your advice you have giving me ...... Ready Fi Move what can i say about you sis. you and i have been thru alot but one thing i have to say is that you are a very bless woman. No one can take that from you my sis ...... To my bro Child Of God we are going to fly on the new Jamaican airline- Fly Jamaican Airways straight to toronto non stop. things is going to work out for us bro. we all just have to hang on alittle bit longer. I cannot believe it BUT my husband just got a phone call from POS and an e-mail with his PASSPORT REQUEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AM thanking GOD for this news and SHAKING with EXCITEMENT......I don't even know what to do, hubby and I just got off the phone!!!!!

Congrats!!!!! So happy for you. The new journey is about to begin!!!! Damn I should have married a Bajan or Trini!!!! Lol I'm kidding. Man the POS office is on fire. Hey do you think that they will take over our applications???

A few things here to post! First CONGRATS to everyone who is making headway with Kingston. It is nice to see that things are coming together. It gives us all a little bit of hope. :-* Sending everyone good thoughts for speedy process!

Secondly, I just rented a studio apartment in Lime Hall. I travel to Jamaica every two months, and you might not know, but I have a charity here in Toronto, and we do all our work in St. Anns. In the last year, we have sent someone to college, someone to highschool, built a classroom, and built two chicken coops! Also, I was wondering if anyone has any info on shipping cargo (small amount) I would like to ship some housewares down there, via Air Canada or West jet, and pick them up when I reach the airport........ anyone have any shipping tips?

And one final thing............ has anyone applied for the ATIP? I received mine , and it appears that on page 4, under eligibility there is a DUE DATE, it also shows you when the medical was PASSED (not just recieved) It was a 29 page report, and it appears that Kingston looked at the file on August 8, 2013.

Mrs. Davis, I wanted to let you know that Kingston calls the Applicant for PPR -- very rarely do they send an email.

however , I did just put together some forms to mail to him so in the future
I can get notes.... 3 forms... so confused at the moment... one I believe gave
permission to send stuff to my email..... the snail mail in Jamaica and him not checking
regularily and the unknown numbers have me nervous... oh well... what else is new.. goes
with the process lol I'm also expecting an interview so I thought my email would be
helpful if they tell you that way

Hopefully he'll get in the habit of answering all unknown numbers; Kingston will not leave a message.

He only has to sign one form (IMM5744) to give you consent to access the GCMS notes. Here is the link:

My hubby signed a consent form for each month of the year so I could order them on a regular basis.

ah the interview... long..... story... We have a large age difference.
I was widowed in 2007.... I spent the next 3 years alone on purpose. Wanted to
get healthy,, grieve .... I had the chance but did not jump into another relationship
for my sons. Went to Jamaica a few times on vaca only with a friend.... absolutely not
looking for anything... and well... it happened.... Because of the age difference ( even though I
always dated younger ) I tried not to let things progress..... He of course didn't care about the
age.... " Age is just a number" As time went by and feelings progessed , age didn't matter
to me either... but once I started reading the forums ( after I sent papers off ) I started
to freak out that it was a red flag... he's not worried of course..... says he'll tell them he is not
" foreign minded " never wanted to leave the island... I did...lol tried for the visitor's visa... denied...
Met in 2010 went back 2-3 times a year and was super sure before I married . Anyway.... ask away....
I have nothing to hide.... but the age difference and so far no medical for his son - still confincing the mother.
Hoping to add it to the file.... so... afraid some guy looking at the file will see some lonely, desperate white woman
who got fooled by a young, good looking , sweet talking Jamaican...lol looks funny just typing it... but my fear
is that's what they'll see... Ask away... I don't mind

I took 12 forms with me to JA and had him sign and date one for every month of the year. Overkill!!!
