Where's that deal?

It was a last minute deal through Sunquest out of Winnipeg. When I went to book it online this morning they were sold out so I called them and they had two seats left. I am by no means a spur of the moment kind of girl so this is completely out of my nature to be doing this.

Like many people on the forum, hubby and I usually have a countdown until our next trip and it's always 200+ sleeps. It feels great to say one more sleep....and he doesn't even know I'm coming!

That price is sweeter than Honey! I thought my tix for $310 for three weeks was great, but I would take that 258 right now if it meant I could leave tomorrow.

We NEVER gets deals like this from the prairies to JA!!!! Flights are usually $600 - $1000 so I feel like I won the lottery.

For all of you waiting for cheap flights down to JA

It's the end of High Season so what the tour operators do is try and sell off their seats for very cheap to fill the last of the planes going down there. As you know the stop some service during the spring/summer months. So if you are in the West or even the east keep an eye out. I have been seeing seats for as low as 235 with some airlines.

For those of you in the GTA area or Ontario....end of April they have really cheap seats as well. You just need to keep and eye out. Since I get all the sell offs, if I see anything I will post them here for you

What about the fares, baggage,and flights from Kingston.

You will have to take either WestJet or Air Canada and connect through Toronto.

So you will only be allowed 1 checked bag for free and have to pay for the second one. With WestJet the carryon is only 1 piece as well.

The cheapest I am getting right now is Air Canada on April 24th or May 2nd for 698.00. These are for flights were you wouldn't need to over night in Toronto

WestJet has a rate of 313.18 however you would need to over night in Toronto - this is for May 6th

Or May 1st for 533.18 with the same over night in Toronto

Hope this helps you with some pricing....but either way you will need to either connect or overnight in Toronto.

I think we will be in Ochi for the most part. I do love Negril! we stayed a place last time I was there with a pool, kitchen and it was 5000 a night arcoss the street from 7 mile.
