they won't care. Kingston does not care about anything however they did email my husband and I again and now they want another updated Schedule A form. I don't know what different item they want us to add on that damn form. They email both of us yesterday and them and their brite self saying he can come pick up the passport if he needs it back, now based on the rudeness i don't think that means that the stamp is in his book. Here's the email they sent. However if you look below we actually got the name of the office working on our file with her number.

This is further to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
Please see the attached document request and comply with this request as
soon as is possible. If you require your passport back you may come in
to the High Commission and collect it.

Well for anyone that is close to the finish; as soon as they sent back the Schedule A with the updated information.......they got PPR within days, so that being said with them already having his PP then it should be any day now! (yes i know we have been saying that for awhile now and your spirits don't wanna believe!) But truly truly i believe this is the end for you! How soon can he get it put in?

Try, as hard as it may be, to not be jealous of your friends. Be happy for them and look forward to doing the same wonderful things with your hubby when you arrive in Canada. And keep the faith, your application may be one that gets processed quickly; you could be here before you know it.

Awww, tintin, reading your post made me cry. :'( I am so sorry to hear that you are still facing obstacles in your process. How can they ask for your hubby's passport, keep it for so long, and then say he can pick it up if he needs it? No wonder you are at your witt's end. (((BIG HUG))). Try and get the Schedule A to them as quickly as possible so the ball is back in their court and they can issue the darn visa once and for all!

Got an email from KGN today but almost wish I hadn't.

This Family Class application was received by our office on 24 September 2012 after being forwarded by Case Processing Centre Mississauga. This application is currently pending initial review, after which we will contact the applicant directly to advise the outcome of the review and any next steps.

We are striving to make our processing of Family Class applications as efficient as possible. Processing times are calculated from the date the application is approved by Case Processing Centre Mississauga, after which it is sent to the visa office for further processing. Basically when you app goes to Kingston, it goes in a pile in order of received. Someone from the office goes thru them all and assigns them to an officer and a date is put on it when it should first be looked at. So your application I think is in the process of waiting for the assigned officer to open it or he has already opened it and has started your eligibility but it is still under review as per your eligibility. Hope that makes sense! If not let me know and I will try to reword it for you....lol i work with numbers not words can ya tell!

i know it is frustrating honey but bear in mind kingston ofiice is very complex at one point it looks as if they have not touched your file and the next day(not literally ) your file is being worked on then things snowball from there so have faith things will work out for you soon you are in my prayers along with the rest of the family here still waiting
