I'd had the same discussion with my hubbie and I told him if he is unsure about anything they are asking to make sure he repeats to confirm not just just be timid and say OK.

Perhaps I'm going to suggest that he ask if they could also email him what they're are requesting so that he has everything in writing?

Exactly. I'm worried hubby will be nervous because these people hold our futures in their hands... and what if he just agrees, hangs up, and then is like ... wait... what was I supposed to mail? LOL
