or do I select 4C only?

Yes BOTH is what I chose both times and it tells you everything on your file. Don't forget to choose to have it emailed to you

ok, I will have to look into that to help you as I have no experience myself... search for Manitoba nominee program threads on here in the mean time...

It says to check off only one of the four boxes. When I select 4C, it clears out 4A and vice versa.
