Good morning everyone!

no change either :(

LHNB... somehow I think we're gonna hear plenty by next week.. Christmas and New years slowed them down.. now they goona work on giving passports back!

Did you give them a DHL slip with yours or are they sending it regular mail?

I hope so, I was so tempted to email them but I said I'll give them this week to get back into the swing of things! We went with a courier service, they say you can pick up if you want but they recommend using a courier service.

Good morning everyone,

Keep the faith, we're closer today than we were yesterday!

When all this is over, I'm gonna post some of my experience, info and tips I received along the way and I hope it can help someone out there.

For those starting out, this is a longggg journey!!! unless you fall into the lucky 20% that get through in 6 months or less. Because of that, it's best to set your mind that you're going to give this AT LEAST 1 year it will help you out ALOT along the way!!! If anything happens sooner than that it becomes a sweet surprise :) I wish I had that mindset when I started out, it would have saved me alot of aggravation, stress, arguments and emotional breakdowns!!! ???

Happy New Year to everyone!! I hope everyone enjoyed some holiday time. I just got back from visiting my hubby. I am sad to be back but so happy we got to spend the holidays together.

I was just reading and catching up on some of the posts I missed. I am wondering... to those of you who sent emails to Kingston(sending your etickets and extra "evidence") what email do you send it to? And do you just include the File number when you send it? I really want to email them and send in my flight info for when I have gone since applying, and maybe some extra stuff too! :)
So glad I have everyone on here throwing their ideas around, and letting us know what they did, because this process is so confusing, and I am not really sure what i should be doing!!! Thanksssss

It was still probably processed within the 16 - 17 month timeline by the time Kingston received the file. Hopefully we are all fortunate enough to have our significant others in Canada within a year or less since submitting our applications! :)

Welcome back! I would send emails but physical information such as tickets and the like I sent via mail. They said to include the Application # (starts with F) and I sent all the numbers the gave me including mine. Unless they ask you for info through email. I would send via mail so they have physical copies.. They could always say they never received the email.
