Is the cold really that bad? Last time I was there the lowest it got was -2 degrees.. It wasn't bad but you girls are scaring me??

It's quite mild here most of the winter. The snow barely stays after it dumps.

It's a brisk -22 and feels like - 31 in Winnipeg this morning! Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Four more sleeps until I'm in JA!!!!!!

Flight prices were crazy for December tho! I would rather wait and see if I can make it for my anniversary in January....

My hubby always insists on how much the cold will be NOTHING to him......
but i always tell him how much hes gonna be bawlinggggg and wishingg he was in Jamaica, where the hot sun is shining....

He doesnt believe it could be THAT COLD......but hes in for a pleasant surprise...lol.
I cant wait to see his face when he gets out the airport and the cold foreign breeze licks him one time....hahhahaha

Jan prices are great in the second week but you should book from now; they tend to climb as the temperature drops! My fare doubled when I looked it up yesterday. I booked in the nick of time!
