I have resorted to sleeping on the couch....

I know...the one side is never used!!! Get back in your bed Missy...the couch is terrible for your back plus you have to keep it warm for when the Mister is here!

I mailed off my application today to CPC Mississauga so I can now safely say I have applied for spousal sponsorship even though I have to wait till they receive but I sent it by express service so they should be getting it by Mon/Tue I guess. Fortunately, I am here as a visitor with my husband who is Cdn and I have applied for extension of stay to ensure my status is legal. At least we're not apart so that's a big plus for me. Hoping to get that response re extension to stay by end of Dec but my TRV expires years down the line so I can always reenter if necessary. Been visiting since 2004 at which time I met my husband so our relationship is 8 years and we've been married for 4 years now. We married in Ja. after my husband relocated there and he lived there for 3 years then we decided to reside in Canada.

Congrats on sending your application! Happy you get to be with your husband during this process not to mention the holidays!!! Wishing you the best of luck on your process.

Keep on saying I'm off to bed but every time I'm about to sign out like for real for real, I see another post. So for real for real FOR REAL, I need to get in my bed. HAHA.

Thank you. I know what it feels like to be apart and it's not nice esp during the holidays. We were apart last Christmas for the first time since married and it was very difficult but we survived. Wish I was back home in Ja. though this Christmas for all the real Ja. food (wood fire and more curry goat,etc) and excitement.

Most times when I'm in JA, I'm grubbing on fish, chicken. Hubbie isn't so much a meat eater. Not sure how he will adapt to our beef loving country! Which part of JA are you from?

Happy saturday guys!!! (Even though its not so enjoyable with it being a weekend and kingston isn't working)..

Been super busy these last few days, so I haven't been posting as much....had to catch up on what's what just now...greatful for so much supportive people...

All this talk abt potato pudding!! Yummmmm!!!! My mom bakes the best potato puddingg EVER
