MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN TOGETHER SINCE 2008 AND WE GOT MARRIED 2009. WE SPEND OUR ENTIRE RELATIONSHIP OVER THE PHONE AND ON SKYPE AND OTHER MESSENGERS. WE HAVE NEVER LIVED TOGETHER AT NO POINT IN TIME. WE HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER TOGETHER. MY WIFE IS A CANADIAN BORN AND SHE LIVES IN CANADA AND I AM JAMAICAN BORN CURRENTLY LIVING IN JAMAICA. (NEVER BEEN TO CANADA BEFORE)

MY WIFE STARTED MY FILING BACK IN OCTOBER 2010. WE HAD A MAJOR FALL OUT IN OUR MARRIAGE AND SHE CANCELLED MY PAPERS BACK IN OCTOBER 2011. REGRETTING WHAT SHE HAD DONE, SHE SEND SEVERAL EMAILS TO IMMIGRATION BEGGING THEM TO RESUME THE PROCESS AND THEY TOLD HER THAT SHE HAVE TO RE-APPLY ALL OVER AGAIN. WHEN I REALIZE WHAT SHE HAD DONE I INSTANTLY FELL INTO A DEEP STATE OF DEPRESSION, DEPRESSION SO SEVERE THAT I WAS ACTUALLY CONTEMPLATING SUICIDE. SOMETIMES I THINK GOD ALLOWED IT TO HAPPEN FOR A REASON BECAUSE MY MARRIAGE IS A WHOLE LOT BETTER THAN IT EVER WAS BEFORE NOW. ANYWAY AFTER ALL THAT STRESS SHE DECIDED SHE WANTED US TO WORK THINGS OUT SO I BOUGHT HER TICKET TO COME TO JAMAICA LAST JANUARY 2012. WE SPEND SOME TIME TOGETHER AND WE RECONNECTED LIKE NEVER BEFORE. THE DAY WHEN SHE WAS GOING BACK TO CANADA WE BOTH STARTED CRYING. AFTER SHE WENT BACK TO CANADA SHE STARTED TO GATHER ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TOGETHER AND SHE RE-FILE MY APPLICATION IN FEBRUARY 2012. MY APPLICATION WAS RECEIVED BY CIC MARCH 23 2012. SO NOW I AM WAITING ALL OVER AGAIN.

I GUESS GOD SAW A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS IN OUR MARRIAGE AND HE KEPT US APART LONG ENOUGH TO WORK ON THOSE THOSE PROBLEM. IT WAS EXTREMELY PAINFUL AT FIRST BUT TODAY I COULDN'T THANK HIM ENOUGH. TODAY MY WIFE AND I COULDN'T BE MORE IN LOVE. WE ARE PLANNING TO RENEW OUR VOWS AND WE ARE ALSO PLANNING TO HAVE MORE KIDS. GLORY BE TO GOD!!!!!!

My thoughts are that no one is perfect and for any marriage not to have it's ups and downs wouldn't be normal. Often times, it takes hitting rock bottom before being able to go back up. It's like a high tidal wave, crashes down in order to go back up. How hard it crashes determines how high it goes. It's within these times, where we are faced with looking deep within ourselves and face head on the things that need to be resolved. Circumstances have a beginning and an end, it never lasts. The fact that you haven't been called for an interview since the file has been transferred is a good thing. It's likely taking it's normal course to get things approved and the both of you reunited once and for all. Hang in there.

THE WHOLE DILEMMA THAT HAD OCCURRED LAST YEAR HAS REALLY DRAWN ME CLOSER TO GOD MORE THAN EVER. I GUESS GOD ALSO USED THE SITUATION TO DRAW ME AND MY WIFE CLOSER TO HIM. MY WIFE IS NOT A CHRISTIAN BUT SINCE THEN SHE HAS BEEN PRAYING AND READING HER BIBLE MORE. THERE ARE TIME WHEN SHE ASK ME TO PRAY WITH HER OVER THE PHONE. THE DEVIL HAD WREAK HAVOC IN MY MARRIAGE BUT GOD STEPPED IN JUST IN TIME TO SAVE IT AND I GIVE HIM THANKS AND PRAISE FOR IT EVERY DAY.

THIS MIGHT SOUND A BIT SILLY BUT I HAVE A LITTLE CANADIAN FLAG HANG RIGHT OVER MY BED SO WHEN I WAKE-UP IN THE MORNING I WILL LOOK AT IT AND START SPEAKING AND DECLARING THINGS IN TO THE ATMOSPHERE. THE OTHER DAY I WAS PRAYING AND SOMETHING INSIDE ME TOLD ME TO HOLD THE FLAG IN MY HAND AND WAVE IT AROUND WHILE I WAS PRAYING AND DECLARING THINGS IN THE ATMOSPHERE. RIGHT NOW I AM CONFIDENT THAT I WILL BE UNITED WITH MY FAMILY IN CANADA VERY SOON. I CAN FEEL IT IN MY SPIRIT . SOMETIMES I'M SO OVERWHELM WITH ANXIETY SO MUCH I FEEL LIKE I'M GOING TO LOSE MY MIND BUT GOD HAS GIVEN ME THE STRENGTH TO ENDURE AND I KNOW HE WILL SEE ME THOUGH THIS.

I AM ASKING YOU ALL TO REMEMBER ME IN YOUR PRAYERS AND I WILL PRAY FOR ALL OF YOU AS WELL. I KNOW YOU ALL DESPERATELY WANT TO BE WITH YOUR LOVE ONES BUT JUST HANG IN THERE A LITTLE WHILE LONGER. AS NAJJ MENTIONED YESTERDAY "SOMETIME WE HAVE TO CLEAN THE CUTTERS IN OUR LIFE TO SEE A MIRACLE HAPPEN" AND THE FACT THAT "WE HAVE TO STAY FAITHFUL TO GOD" I COULDN'T AGREE WITH HER MORE. SO WHILE WE ALL WAITING, LET KEEP ENCOURAGING EACH OTHER AND PRAY FOR EACH OTHER.
