Hey Royal Lolly......my file has been in process since February 14,2012 with medicals received........and I'm still waithanging.......waiting......and waiting.....I hope soon.......my uncle did say once 2 me that November is the time they try to clear out house.....its the 21st and I still have hope.....hang on every1....our christmas presents will arrive........

OMG! When did you apply? Was that the date you saw or was the date actually quoted in the text box?
I sure hope they clear house and realize that families need to be reunited.... especially for Christmas.

Hello to all again,

A very sweet bird told me that the forum is on a much more positive note then when I left....so I thought I would pop back in and share.

On Monday night I checked my ecas and it was changed from 'application received' to 'in process'. The exact wording was...."We started processing your application on November 13th, 2012."
To say I was excited is putting it mildly. I wanted to shout from my rooftop! Just to get an acknowledgement that they are working on our application was such a feeling of relief.
I have a very strong feeling that Kingston is going to open up the floodgates for everyone.....singing....I'll be Home for Christmas.....Just you wait and see...LOL!!

Has anyone else had an update on ecas with an actual date they started processing the application?

Congratulations, that is GREAT news!!!!! ;D It seems that a few people on the forum have had their application moved to 'in process' on e-cas!!!!! Way to go Kingston! And welcome back to the forum RL, we've missed you!!!!!

I applied in September of 2011 and november 18 Canada approved me and Jamaica started 2 process it on February 14, 2012.....so I'm waiting.....they need 2 hurry up......we have a 14 mth baby girl who needs 2 bond w her daddy.....

Morning ladyjess. Yes it's long and daunting process. How long for Singapore?

I said in another forum today and I'll say it here, this process is just a moment in time, you and yours have the rest of your lives together. Just "endure" and you'll succeed in the long run. Like a race, without endurance you can't make it to the end!! And I know our group here have more than enough endurance!!!

Hey every1 of u.......

I told u yesterday the Lord said speak it in the atmosphere......and I made sure I did......my husband got called 2 bring in 2 passport pics......his passport.....another police report(don't know y;but idk) and a DHL envelope......this has 2 b the final step.......

So now all u senior members how long do we wait now??????????

I am so damn happy........I want 2 cry........I can't control my damn self right now......
