Good morning my family, sounds to be a troubled day for many. Life without our significant others is difficult, but well worth the fight, look how many frustrated people that felt the process was unfair now have thier loved ones with them. Our day will come soon and there will be others watching our victories and wishing they could have their dream come true. We will have our day my friends but only when god allows it.
Glogirl, I think you understand what bam bam is. You mention the house has been locked up for over a year, when you are with hubby next time and he opens those shutters and unlocks the front door, that is bam bam my dear

Hey everyone.. I never have a chance to get on here as much as i would like but I found a few moments ...
I just want to say to those that are still waiting I understand your Pain, being one of those waiting since 2008 I too felt the happiness and sadness when another member got through and i was still waiting.. not understanding why immigration did not look at my relationship and my son and just send my husband home. I understand the hurt all of you feel and we all do cause we have all been there..
I will continue to keep you in my thoughts and in my prayers
For those of you that have started this journey with me I thank you for all the late night conversations and the friendships and for feeling my pain as I felt yours all these months.
And for all those that have there hubby's and wife's home or they will be joining them soon.. continue to enjoy and cherish your relationships...

Someone whom is a neighbour called the cops about my husband smoking a spliff ..they came there run his name gave him a warning .....My gawwwd i think i am gunna loose it ....what the helll is happening here .....Can they take my girl from me ...or arrest him later ..i am soo wooried...apprently the cops could smellit

Hon, breathe my dear. A warning is just a warning and no they can't arrest him later for the instance today. re: your daughter - no issue there either. Unless your neighbors were to call child services with a complaint ... which still wouldn't be a problem.

Everything is fine. Just tell hubby that he has to be careful. If they keep complaining - then it might cause issues. Tell him to go for a walk if he wants to smoke - or sit in the car (I know, yuck).

How horrible of your neighbors. It's weed not crack! Sometimes I wonder about people.

awww that sucks LCW... and yup, agree with kimore... have to have that "things are very different here" convo with hubby... i'm sure it'll just stay the way it is, a warning, but it's not good to be on anyone's radar...

also, as much as it sucks, might be a good time to get friendly with your neighbour... sounds like they might be out to make your life a bit difficult and i doubt you want them analyzing your every move... very messed up that they call the police for something relatively minor, but now you know how they can be and it's either time to look another neighbourhood and/or not rock the boat so to speak...

Thats crazy LCW what sort of neighbours were they before hubby came? Sounds like someone needs a life calling for that when lots else going on in the city. My sisters neighbour was like with the couple across the way. Called the cops for anything music at 5pm she called they slammed the door she called. Ppl are nosy and nothing better to do.

I am not going to come to toronto ...i woke up this morning to drive and my breaks went ..Cops were called last night ...This is bull crap ....I am trying to think about how i am can still come ...But it aint looking good for me ..i am a hour and a half from toronto .....and it would take me like 2 plus hours to get to the manderine .....i have no ride presently ...So i am screwed
