Hey am new on here,just a bit worried now. They called me from Kingston yeaterday to state that they has sent a lette to my c/o address in canada which of course is my consultant the person who has done all thw paper work for me, they say it ws returned to Kingston with moved written on the envelope....I aws told they are gonna now send the letter to my address which i thought would have been the first thing to do,they say it consist of a list of documents I need to submit...does anyone have any idea what these documents might be? my status is in process.

The requested could be original marriage certificate, original birth certificate, etc... Also, are there any children involved in your app? Then there may be requests for their birth certificates as well as documentation that your spouse has permission to bring them to Canada...

Thanks Jamgirl.....well my application was submitted to Kingston on June24,2011 and Stats changed to in process on April 05,2012...all my paper work was done by Migrations Concerns in Canada by a consultant he had originally sent in all the documents like marriage,well dont recall if a birth certificate was sent in for me..application is for me and my daughter which is my husbands child.

ok so you are the applicant and your husband is the sponsor? I am guessing it is probably birth certificates etc. good luck!

Irving thanks for the awesome advice! Everyone says the first year is a challange, I dont doubt that one bit! We'll be planning a little weekend trip to Edmonton, maybe we can meet up for dinner! My daughter spends time up tehre to visit her brother every now and then.

I HAVE EVERYTHING!!!!!!! right here in my hands..im going to go over every last sitting and requirement, and paper with a fine tooth comb rather than rush in and send it in tomorrow..i will do so Monday...only one week behind my anticipated schedule, but better safe than sorry~

Now i have a few questions: (keeping in mind i will review everything tonight also, but as it stands, my questions, are as follows: -_-


1) Must I include BOTH police records checks as i have 2?
2) Originals for BOTH Marriage & Birth??
3) I noticed on the health check, it says records / result go to Ottawa? Is this the norm?
4) Shipping address in Mississauga to send this sucker to via courier, as courier does not go to POs, at least last i heard.

Errrrm....thats pretty much all i can think of for now, otherwise Im compiling my heaping letters of support, a whole portfolio full with pics alone (with a few letters from my eldest, and some drawings), a binder full of calling cards receipts, ..

oh and the kicker....some Xtra special pics Xtra sexy...but airbrushed in alll the right places mi nuh business!!! ;D

Thanks all! yes Suki stay in touch would love to meet you! @ relaxgurlI was married in Mobay, our minister was Terrance Neil Gorden, most places were expensive for the beach, which i wanted at sunset, i think we payed 300 for the minister and marriage on Tropical Beach, near Airport. It was perfect, Not a soul on the beach... It depends what you are looking for, we just wanted a location. Are you thinking resort? Do you have many guests? I love royal decameron, the staff are so awesome, perhaps you could call the JP and ask him for suggestions too, they are sometimes quite helpful.
