Iambless...I would say if you are filing outland and plan to spend most of your time in Jamaica during the filing process you use your jamaica address...that way all correspondence, t/c would be directed to you there.
Re Medicals......they may use their own form...the MD my spouse went to did not use the forms I sent. What ur spouse should have received back was an envelope with a "GREEN" Receipt and a medical form with his picture affixed to it...same for anyone else who is on the sponsorship application.
Just a reminder....photo copy everything before you send off...X2 keep a copy for yourself and one for your spouse...Best Wishes!!

Iambless... use the address in Jamaica.

For section 6B and C leave it blank because the above address (your address in JA) is your country and nationality.

the reciept that you got is not the proper medical reciept to send to the embassy. It should be a peice of paper with your picture on it and the doctors signature and address or stamp etc. it should also mention on it that the medicals will be going to T&T.

this should be the same for your daugter as well... I would ask her if she received the proper reciept and make sure that her medical was sent also to T&T

Frequent your MD didnt use the proper forms? And you still got through 7 months time... nice! So maby there is different ways of doing it... either way as long as the medical gets sent to T&T it should be fine!

lol frequent hahaha i found my husband in the country country... but honestly.. i asked him this morning, babes, are you serious youve never heard of a dishwasher before... and him say him nah see no dishwasher or heard of a dishwaser inna JA before.. that they dont sell them or have them...

please people... do a poll for me... ask your hubbies wives if they have ever seen or heard of a dishwasher in JA before? him too lie... must!

Hi everyone thats for the info. The receipt I got was green and it had the doctor's signature but my photo was not attached to it and I didn't get back any medical forms. I thought when i do the medical here it would be sent to Jamaica, never knew it was suppose to go T&T. So that means i have to go back and get those things sorted out.

All medicals for Jamaica are sent to T&T... Trinidad and Tobego manages the medicals for JA. Even ours that were done in JA got sent to T&T.

Maybe you do have the right medical reciept but they didnt put a picture on it... maybe they do not have the same medical forms that they have in Jamaica. You are supposed to take pictures to the doctors office (as per guideline) and they attach it to the top left of the page. Did you take pictures with you? Most importantly i think it is to get the medical to T&T.

There was another person on this forum that got there medical done in Canada while they were here... (cant remember who sorry). Did your medical get sent to JA or T&T? Did you get a picture on your medical reciept? They are probably the best person to comapre your case with right now.

Singers and Courts furniture stores...........which is an all-island store..............Plus if yuh lived inside Kingston............yuh can shop downtown...........or............Half Way Tree..........Jamaica has everything as wat Canada or the United Stated would have................like top class vehicles.......3-4 storage houses..........shopping malls...........washers..........dryers........computers........heaters..........Air Condition............side by side fridge...........dishwashers.............the only thing Jamaica don't get or have is snow............fall.

On the Apppendix C Medical Form. What address should I put on it and which visa office, should it Trinidad & Tobago or Kingston, Jamaica. Yes i gave them three photos and they attached it to the form. I just called the medical office and they said that I bring back the Appendix C along with two passport size pictures. Could the person who did their medical in Canada please can have some info regarding this situation. Anxioulsly waiting. Thanks.
