Did you receive a separate email with the DHL tracking number? Unfortunately our passport has to go to the VAC office first, but curious if they send another email with DHL info.

We had sent it through DHL directly so we already had the return tracking number. I only got a notification through an app I use to track packages. Nothing official.

Okay I waited 5 weeks and 1 day from submission. The passport is ready for pickup at DHL today but we’re going to get it tomorrow as the day was done.

Everyone’s case is different so just hope for a speedy return.

I believe it going to impact the high commission I dont believe they will be going into office on no movement days, just hoping I'm wrong because these delays is too much now.

For those who sent off their passport already ,did you guys address it to the high commission or the vac office ? Im a bit confused because im now hearing that its not suppose to go to the high commission
