If your spouse doesn’t have dependents input 2. I had the same issue when I put 1 because it’s just my husband but when I put 2 it worked - give it a try.

Are there any unaccompanied children? If so you have to include them as well. Have you reached the maximum tries for the day?
Also make sure the intended city is spelled the same as what is on the ecas

Nope . And ours said approved on Gckey with the counterfoil since Friday gone. This system is different baad.
Yes it is different. So unpredictable. I was hoping I would be in the next batch that receive passport request from last week but if they don't finish stamp and return those passport that have already, then I have another lengthy wait
Hey everyone! Our tracking number confirmed the passport is on its way back to us. We sent out July 15.
