I'm at November 2019 applicant and haven't heard anything since Jan. 8, 2020 when we received AOR2.

Any of there November 2019 applicants here?

I believe that you can fill it out for him however the information at the end has to be provided inside the airport to the customs officer. Let me check if it can be printed beforehand.

Here is the information from the Gov Website.

To submit travel information on behalf of others who may be unable to use ArriveCAN, sign in online. You don't need to be travelling with them. *Once you've submitted their information, print the receipt page or take a screenshot and send it to the traveller to show to the border services officer.*

Yes it is in Kingston Jamaica office. I cant get to my status seeing that the button that says continue not sending it off...been trying for a few days but to no avail.

Yes you need to contact your local MP and order your notes. Email them. That is way too long.
