waiting SEMI PATIENTLY for now ...

Question- does it make sense for me to order notes? My gut is telling me we will get interview date in June for July date .. I know a bit of a reach but I feel it!
Has Kingston received your application yet?

Is there anyone whose app started processing in March and is still awaiting a response or have received a response already?

What's your timeline like whether yes or no?

What a day, interview was at 9:00, we were done and approved by 10:20. We now have the visa in hand and leaving from Montego Bay on Saturday. This site honestly has been awesome. We are exactly 4 1/2 months start to finish. Now it’s time for a nap!!
How long after PPR request should I expect a return on my passport? I wasn’t required to do an interview.

Pardon me?
You commented above, saying that KVO is the fastest, however your app is being processed in Mississauga...

Yes I made that comment based on my observations on this thread. Mississauga is finalizing December 2017 applications while Kingston apparently is already on January 2018. So I just made a comment that Kingston seems to be the fastest VO.

How long after PPR did u receive your visa? They have my passport and I’m a student so I’m trying to figure things out. Thanks in advance.
I did interview so they stamp my passport same day
But I know it will take like a month or less to stamp your passport and get it back to you

Hey Guys,

I got some INTERESTING information from KVO today.

So I had to send in my sons birthcert through webform and they responding confirming receipt and advising me that they " received " my application on May 1st ( online ECAS says it " started" processing on that day). KVO went on to advise that the processing time is actually calculated from when KVO receives application( so im assuming they are saying not when missisauga receives it). They also went on to add that they process the applications in order in which they receive it. So I'm wondering if people who have submitted dec/jan have gotten visas why is it that there are oct and nov applicants who haven't :/ Like I'm just so confused .. the average turn around for KVO seems to be 7 months from initial submission to missisauga to Visa in hand. Its very confusing to say the least .. feel free to add your two sense.

here is a portion of what they wrote:-
