He ended up getting it done by the same person. He did the right size the 2nd time around. Kvo just needed husband to be taken over again. I think i got over zealous didnt hear him correctly.

Im glad its approved anyways. We were planning for January to migrate. At the rate we are going. Once he submits them they will send back passports immediately. But i have learned a day can be a week or two. Honestly I was laughing. Telling hubby to send all sizes so they can choose from dwl!

That's what I did...I made hubby and the kids take all of the sizes...I can imagine your level of frustration.
