Well I guess if my husband don’t get to come for my favorite holiday he will be home for my birthday in January still sad but I guess we can’t complain as long as they are approve right .

So my hubby went for interview today at 1:00pm pass the interview and everything and then the immigration officer said that they were not issuing anymore visa for the year until January☹☹☹.

Tell me this is a joke. They must be crazy!

It's not over yet maybe that's the word this week, things can always change

oh thats so sad. do you think this visa stoping until january is just for spouse sponsorship or for all knida applications? im applying for permanent residency by some other way and i have my interview next week. what do you think? may i get visa on spot?

I feel the visas will be ready by the Christmas holiday. I don't feel they will let families wait that long to be together after they've completed their interviews. Seems as if something is going on within the system let's wait and see.

it maybe just for spouse sponsorship applications. because its almost 2 months until janaury and im sure they have too many visitor visa applications to issue for janaury. so they may dont issue visa for spouse sponsorship program.

This is exactly my thought it'd be my anniversary in december and there's 3 of us minus my 1yr old but to buy tickets for 2 will rack me up a pretty penny so I doubt i will be going home for the holidays which really s**ks kmt.

I'm pretty sure your correct they've probably reached their quota for the year with spousal sponsorship for jamaica.
