i meant when did they start processing your application.
they received my application end of the april and they started processing my application end of the july. and still waiting for a interview date.

Congrats I been reading all post from page 1 right up so happy to hear my husband goes in on nov14 for his interview I’m so nurvous but can’t wait till this is all over . So they let you know right away after the interview is over if you get approve or not I take it? How long did they give your husband to leave the country if I may ask ?

Got the call September 14 saying medical had to be done and the interview date and what he had to bring with him

So first I would like to thank this Forum so so much for all the help and support throughout these months while awaiting my hubbys arrival. He will be here tonight woohooo

He was approved yesterday.

Unfortunately my hubby is a big chatter box and was not actually asked many questions as he just chatted the ear off the officer lol.
Mostly they spoke about me being pregnant and she asked to see pictures. They chatted about all sorts of things, he found the women very friendly and easy to speak with. I really hope that all goes well for everyone with future interviews xox

Hello all I am new to this forum. Happy to see everyone getting through in a timely manner. Is there a trend to the processing time?

Hi Welcome! Processing time as in how long it takes from apply to getting the PR? If that's the question, ive noticed it take approximately 7-12 months. Some have even experienced shorter wait time but for most persons it falls between 7-12 months. You can view our spreadsheet and that will guide you as to the average time it takes.

Majority know same time at the interview if all is in order, but there can be delays for a variety of reasons ( dependant, medical, pcc, fees not received etc.) passport may be kept and forward back with visa or passport may be requested at a later time.

Hubby had interview Oct 10, 2017 and his visa expires May 18, 2018. So he got just over 7months to leave.
