Not sure but after prearrival you will get your passport request. The eligibility changed on the day they approved my file.. it states " June 9, eligibility reviewed"

I use a representative so the only thing I have access to is ecas and as we all know its not very informative. the reason why I ask is because I receive Pre Arrival letter but nothing changes in ecas

My husbands passport is at DHL ready for pick up! I’m so happy the journey is basically over. Only travelling to deal with. To everyone who is still waiting hang in there, the journey will soon be over. Kingston looks like they are working !

January 2020 applicant. I just received my pre-arrival letter. Does anyone knows how long after the pre-arrival letter they request for the passport?
