I’ve been seeing Visa offices in other counties working February 2020 applicants getting PPR and Pre arrival letters yet KVO be sitting on people’s application from 2019. I’m sure Jamaica is not the only country affected by COVID 19 yet they are working

Honestly mi believe so too! Them just a move slower than everyone else. I did see in a group though that a person from January 2020 and Kingston Office got DM.

Hi all
Just a small update - I had my representative inquire about my November 2019 outland application.
Today they asked for the RPRF fee, so that is a good sign. We hadn't heard a word since January 2020, so we are happy.
I know it can still be quite a few months, but at least this is something.

Good day. I'm kinda new to the thread been reading and just registered today. My application for my husband was received May 5 2020. On December 7th 2020 we received confirmation that it was sent to kvo and still waiting.. I am currently in Jamaica leaving end of January.

I'm hoping as well. Mine has been that way since Early Dec Unfortunately. 'Application Received'... I shall cry if it has to stay behind because someone never clicked in process or something to get security done or whatever step they cover in Jamaica.

Wow that's long sorry to hear, but I have heard of case were citizens contact other mp that's not in their province for help an they do help

I wish we could find one that's willing to help because our representative is not doing anything we can never get a hold of her and no MP so we are just here waiting....

Cancel your representative if they not helping your the way u feel fit, you can also contact kvo directly an ask for update, have u pass the 1 year processing time?
