My application was moved to kvo in November and my percentage is 32%. I’m September 2019 applicant.

Quick question I’m sponsoring my husband but listed his son as non accompanying and we also never paid any fees for dependent onto our application but they are requesting an medical exam? Is this something new? Do we have to fulfil this request ?

Yes his son still needs to do the medical. All dependents including non accompanying still have to get it done

Well guys, i heard from the IAD today. Our case is with the judge and we should have a decision by next week. The case manager told me hed call me and let me know. We didnt even need a hearing! Hoping next week is great news. Crossing fingers!
