If anyone could share their experience or thought process for applying visitor visa for kids (minor dependent) considering the Convocation ceremony of the father as the primary reason, it would be a great help. My kids minor study permit applications are getting rejection (2 times). I have the vision to invite them on Visitor Visa. Please guide me for the same or any newer idea would be appreciated.

What were the reasons why the study permit applications were refused?

Reasons are;
1) Won't leave Canada at the end of your temporary stay: Shown father and mother's ties in home country and kids will obviously accompany them being culture of joint family and dependent children.
2) You don't have sufficient funds for your expense: Showed $15k in Canada, 21lacs INR in home country and also shown fulltime job offer letter with 3 months' paystubs. The package is more than $50k annually.

It will likely be difficult to get approved for a TRV then. Future salty diesn’t count as funds available. Given that you applied for study permits it seems likely that your child will not only visit and return home. Would apply with PGWP
