Hi,

anyone...I have a problem... All my functions in My company in Dubai is Managerial,
yet it was not properly considered...I worked in a Small company with few Management Staff
Also now, all the trusted Managers in the company are all gone...

We have also new HR, new GM, I am the only one retained, maybe because of consideration purposes...

Can anyone vouch for me if the HR cant and wont...?

Does Canada Immigration make a background check on this issue?

Not CIC/CHC's problem. If you can't get proof from the company of your duties and responsibilities CIC/CHC doesn't care, no proof of experience, no visa.

Hi, Kabayan!
They do background check through the reference letter you have submitted. Whoever is the person who signed your reference letter together with his business card (as stated in the checklist) they sent a fax letter verifying authenticity of reference letter.

Separate the Emp Cert from the JD.

Emp. Cert. Let it come from HR.
JD get it signed by your bosses.
