If I may add, after submission of my full documents, they have asked additional document before my status change to "in process". The date of medical letter is 4 days after that. So I guess they are through in evaluating documents before they issue medical request letter.

Hi, Kabayan! They do background check through the reference letter you have submitted. Whoever is the person who signed your reference letter together with his business card (as stated in the checklist) they sent a fax letter verifying authenticity of reference letter. Hope that helps!
