Just finished paying and submitting my express entry permanent worker application.

Took me 23 days to get all the required papers plus translations after receiving the ITA.

Good luck to me!

Good Luck.
How did you get this filed? have you gone through any immigration consultancy or did on your own?
can you please suggest if would need to go on own or depend on immigration consultanies.

Thanks

Hi Venk,

I did it all on my own, took a little bit of research, mostly from reading threads and replies in here.

Basically, I researched about every requested paper before uploading anything.

It's hard to fill it by your own without a research I guess, since many things are not mentioned within the application help. For instance, the application doesn't mention anything about translating documents, and it doesn't mention anything about adding ECA within your university certificates... etc..

Hi, what translation did you have to do?

Hey,

Arabic to English for the police certificate. And I have a family member in Canada, and I was asked to prove it, so I had to translate the papers that proves it.

Good luck! Write us back here after you reach Canada :)

Did you have to get your police certificate from your country beforehand? for it usually takes at least 3 months to get a pcc from my country. I'm not sure if I should get it now.

Hey,

It takes couple of minutes to get it in here (Lebanon) as long as you get it in person, and another few days to translate it.

Me too. Submitted eAPR couple of hours ago and received the AOR instantly.

Now prepared to wait several months.
