Hey guys,
What does getting Pre Arrival letter signify? And is NDVO even sending out PPRs?

I also have almost similar timeline as you all,,,medical and biometrics were done in early March but no update from NDVO since then,, no pre-arrival services letter, complete silence.
I called my representative and she told me that they are getting updates for files from August and September 2020 nowadays. I filed in November so may be will hear something soon.
Also wanted to ask, is it the case that everyone will be getting pre-arrival or they might skip this as well?

Yes. My wife received DM, PPR and Pre-Arrival all on same day Aug 27, 2021. Passport sent out to embassy for visa and COPR letter. Timeline in signature.

Application status on ECAS for PA changed from Application received to In Process on July 8th. However, no AOR2 or Prearrival or line 2 update on the PA side of ECAS. No request for ADR and background check yet to start. GCKey says reviewing PA eligibility. Medicals passed on April 29th. NDVO

Hello, if I may ask you, did the second line in ecas on pa's side changed to "we started processing your application..." or all came together with DM and PPR?
